VOLBEAT: 'Rock The Rebel / Metal The Devil' Tops Danish Album Chart

VOLBEAT's sophomore album, "Rock the Rebel / Metal the Devil", has entered the Danish national chart at position No. 1. View the chart at this location.

The "Rock the Rebel / Metal the Devil" CD can be previewed in its entirety at MTVDanmark.com. The follow-up to last year's "The Strength, The Sound, The Songs" was recorded at Hansen studios in Ribe, Denmark.

VOLBEAT recently announced the addition of guitarist Thomas Bredahl from the punk rock combo GOB SQUAD to the group's ranks. GOB SQUAD supported VOLBEAT on their Danish tour in 2006.

"The Strength, The Sound, The Songs" last year became the first Danish heavy rock release in over 10 years to break the national Top 20.
